Ill be starting a sketch in paint in the next couple days.. here a small drawing of what i had in mind so you can get the idea... I know alot of porportions and such are off, but its just to get the idea... Some of its hard to see. What I have in the middle is a girl (my protagonist) smoking a cigar holding an apple, underneath a 4 horned rams skull, 2 guns bordering the bottom corners, a hyena with an ovaraptors head in its mouth in the left, a neo-nazi wearing a mexican wrestling mask on the right, cloaked figures walking over top, and a large white boa over the whole thing... Just wanted to share some gems/steal yours, and write snooty reviews. Some of the most recently watched: The Diving Bell and the Butterfly - Really fantastic movie. The POV gets a little tiring at times, but it's quite effective. I definitely shed a ton of tears throughout the whole thing. Oh, and it wasn't until afterwards that I figured out it was based on the true story of Jean-Dominique Bauby. It just made the whole thing so much more intense. 9 stars. Spellbound - Exciting documentary about the National Spelling Bee, although it seems paradoxical to use the words 'exciting' and 'spelling bee' in one sentence. The editing was really well-done, and the story was very engaging. Basically, it chronicles the journey of 8 kids who are competing the spelling bee, showing us their study habits, families, environments, etc. 8 stars. More l8er. Do share yours.
