*takes a breath* This is nameless-librarian-man-from-the-victorian-era with some steampunk influence (crazy goggles). Like, wtf man.
He's currently being colored with openCanvas.
If you saw Avatar, you know what this is. No, it's not (supposed) to be Neytiri, but it is indeed a Na'vi (looks too much like a mix between Neytiri and her mother...I'm so original).
Keep in mind I drew this from memory, so excuse any obvious inaccuracies like the stripe pattern at the center of the forehead. My bad. I plan to color this the right way and fix any mistakes.
