And, nah. No Ableton. All I'm using is a program called LMMS (Linux MultiMedia Studio). Free opensource software a bit similar to fruity loops. It's kinda clunky, but I like using legally free software for anything I create.
Yeah, I know what you mean man, plus cracked software usually comes with lots of bugs and unstability. I bought Ableton Live 7 & Massive (as my main synth) and I dont regret it. Post the mix when you are done with it and I gladly check it on my monitors if you want me to. :)

For the most part, I feel like I'm getting more of a hang of the whole mastering/production end now, unless I completely missed the mark with this. From what I can tell, the bass may still be a little extreme in some parts, but otherwise it seems like fine tuning may be in order here and there.
