I don't like it when I have two choices on a DVD menu, and I can't tell which one is highlighted and which is not. Then I mistakenly pick fullscreen and have to go back to the main menu to pick widescreen.
Also, I keep hearing the news talk about the snow and mention fanatically "it's not even technically winter". How many times has wintery weather actually started when winter has? Why are these people so surprised?

i woke up around 7 am and saw my roommate get out of bed. he was twice as tall and almost slouching so his head wouldn't hit the ceiling. i freaked out and went back to sleep.
he comes back into the room around 7:30 am and he's still twice as tall. i freaked out again, because when he got back into his bed, the sheets started twirling.
