Hey, I'm looking for a new tablet, and was wondering what tablet you would suggest that would be good for the price. I'm wanting to get into digital painting really badly.
I'm still using a e3works Stylo tablet, that Miguel suggested getting years ago. Its now dated to the point where my Photoshop CS4, and even CS3 doesnt recognize the pen sensitivity, so i can't fade my strokes.
Any suggestions would be great, im hoping to pay between $50-125 ish
Maybe one of those 9x12 Genius tablets if you don't want to spend them Cash0rz on a wacom.
I think my Stylo stopped working like 2 years ago. It was a cool toy while it lasted. :)
Haha yeah it was, i stopped using it a few months after you first suggested it, because at the time i was more into pixel art, and just recently now dusted it off, and wanted to use it so i bought the expensive AAAA batteries for it, and it let me down, so i spent the night messing with pastels since i haven't used them in years either.

I like my Wacom Bamboo, but it's pretty tiny. Cheap, tiny, good. No batteries.
9x12 or die :P
if you've got a job, and you're motivated to paint tons digitally get a wacom; they're worth it:: or learn with the mouse
when i got my intuous 2 in high school i was working at a movie theater at min CA wage of 7.25 an hour and made the 400 usd to buy it off newegg in a month working only 2 nights a week. soooo worth it.

haha well I work to pay rent and eat :) so it will take a bit to save up, but I really want a wacom :P
